1. How do I know my nail size?

We offer a nail sizing service once you’ve purchased your custom order. You can also refer to our sizing chart, which includes standard sizes XS to XL based on nail bed measurements.

2. Do you offer custom nail sets?

Yes! All custom sets start at $20.00. To place a custom order, please fill out the contact form with your design ideas, size, and preferences.

3. How long do the press-on nails last?

With proper application and care, our luxury press-on nails can last 1–2 weeks. Reusable with gentle removal and storage.

4. What’s included in each nail set?

Each set comes with:

  • 10 press-on nails
  • Nail file
  • Cuticle pusher
  • Alcohol wipe
  • Nail glue
  • Application and removal instructions

5. How long does shipping take?

  • Ready to Ship Sets: Ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom Orders: Please allow 3-4 business days for production before shipping.
    Shipping time depends on your location and selected shipping method.

6. What if I lose or damage a nail?

We offer the option to purchase a replacement nail. Just contact us with the size and design needed.

7. Can I reuse the nails?

Yes! Our nails are made with durable, high-quality materials. Clean and store them properly after removal to reuse them multiple times.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out so we can make it right.
